I have a PureCloud client on my desk top. I have integrated my CRM with pure cloud and am getting notifications from inbound as well as outbound calls.
My Pure Cloud Station is set up as a remote number (my cell phone). Also note that the persistent connection setting is disabled for my station.
I am seeing a different behavior since yesterday.
Previously, I was observing the following behavior. When I was making out bound calls from my CRM, an "Answer" button would appear on Pure Cloud desktop client. Then I clicked that button, then my cell phone would start ringing. When I picked up the call on my cell phone, then the outbound call would be made to the destination number.
Now, I was observing the following behavior. There is NO ANSWER button ! The cell phone starts ringing and then when I pick up the call on my cell phone, then the outbound call is made to the destination number.
Why does the "ANSWER BUTTON" not show up any more ?
For incoming calls, the Answer Button appears, but the cell phone starts ringing without clicking the Answer Button (this was not true previously). When I pick up the phone, the Answer Button disappears and I am successfully connected.
I am curious to know if something changed in the release that changed the behavior which makes Answer button irrelevant ?
