    Hi all,

    Has anyone done an integration between Genesys Cloud and Applied Epic (Insurance agency management software)?

    I just want to make sure it's easily achievable.

    Not that I have heard of, but someone may have done one. 

    If I am in the right place: Epic SDK REST API (appliedsystems.com), they do have a REST API, though it looks very limited in functionality, so integration is possible for lookups through a data action.
