  • 1.  Assigned DID Showing as Unassigned

    I have a DID that is assigned to a user and that user can successfully receive calls to the DID.  When I look at the DID numbers however, that DID shows in the list of unassigned numbers.  We don't want to change this particular person's phone number.  I have tried to re-assign the number to the user and it gives a "successful" message but it still shows up in the "unassigned" list. Any ideas? Thanks!

    You'll want to open a care case for this - we've seen this issue on and off for years and are constantly opening cases with care so that the devs can implement ongoing fixes for this issue as it comes and goes.
