I have a DID that is assigned to a user and that user can successfully receive calls to the DID. When I look at the DID numbers however, that DID shows in the list of unassigned numbers. We don't want to change this particular person's phone number. I have tried to re-assign the number to the user and it gives a "successful" message but it still shows up in the "unassigned" list. Any ideas? Thanks!
