  • 1.  Assigning Email Header Data To Variables

    I'm looking for information on obtaining \ pulling the header data from an Email message to assign that data to variables to be used later on in a flow.  Any information would be much appreciated.

    Hello Patrick,

    I'm not sure if you can pull in header info like that, as I haven't tried it myself, but I think this Resource Center article will have some useful info for you to explore.

    Thank you Jason for the resource.

     

    I'm familiar with IRD and URS so when I'm building strategies I can look at the application logs to see what is going on.

     

    Do you know or is there a resource that explains how I can attach data to an Email interaction so that data reaches the agents softphone to complete a screen pop into another application such as PeopleSoft?
