    Hello,

    Is there a possibility of setting up an audible alert to warn agents 5 seconds or 10 seconds before resuming the hold?

    Hold alerts are not part of Genesys Cloud at this time.  Here is the idea that the PM/Developer is currently looking at: Play beep as reminder to agent when a | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)
