    Hi There,

    To enable Genesys authenticated, Genesys has documentation and a blueprint working with Okta as IDP in OAuth grant flow. Is it possible to get is working with implicit grant flow.

    Hi Antwuan,

    We use AWS Cognito as IDP and for business reasons we chose to use implicit grant method for users to login to our portal. We want to enable authenticated messenger in that portal. Genesys documentation only talks about Auth code grant flow. We need documentation to enable authenticated messaging with implicit grant method.

    Implicit grant flow is not currently supported at this time.
