I recently tested the new evaluation feature and created an evaluation form using it. When attempting to create an evaluation from a previous interaction, I selected the "Auto submit with virtual supervisor" option, which indicated that the process could take up to 20 minutes.
However, it has now been 24 hours, and the agent has not received the evaluation. Could you please confirm whether, once submitted and completed via auto-submit, the evaluation should appear in the agent's or leader's inbox?
