Thank you for your feedback. Many customers have been requesting the ability to automate the submission of AI Scoring / Evaluation Assistance driven forms, so they can remove the need for a user to review and submit every single evaluation. That is what this release is targeting. As per documentation, we did release this new article: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/agent-auto-complete-form-type/ , and will be updating existing articles to explain in detail how to best use this feature in the coming days.
We plan to release an update to Programs that will allow UI driven generation of auto complete evaluations in early February.

Hi, I have been reviewing this release also and I have to say, I feel this was either released too early or not been thought through.
The feature doesn't actually achieve anything yet. You can create a form and publish it, but it does nothing, cannot allocate it via a policy. There is no tracking, reporting or really any documentation explaining how this works?
Can anyone explain what this release actually does as right now, the release note and description suggests a very different feature - "Automatic submission of completed AI evaluations"

Auto complete evaluations will not be generated via policies. We will have the evaluation generation logic hosted within Programs. Within programs you will be able to define Speech and Text Analytics settings, as well as Auto complete evaluation generation logic. The updates to the UI are slated to release in mid February 2026.
Currently you can generate an auto complete evaluation by using the POST /api/v2/quality/conversations/{conversationId}/evaluations API or manually within the interaction you want to evaluate.

I'm struggling to create a Policy the will assign the auto scored /auto completed evals. Is it not possible to use auto complete with policies or is there another interface? I can't find anything in the RC about how to set the form to run on multiple interactions. Policies have been the way to do this in the past, but it's not working now.

Hi Katie, in this version the auto-complete forms are not "releaseable" to the agents. In a feature update, (which we are targeting by end of q1) orgs will be able to decide when an auto-scored evaluation gets released to the agent.

I recently tested the new evaluation feature and created an evaluation form using it. When attempting to create an evaluation from a previous interaction, I selected the "Auto submit with virtual supervisor" option, which indicated that the process could take up to 20 minutes.
However, it has now been 24 hours, and the agent has not received the evaluation. Could you please confirm whether, once submitted and completed via auto-submit, the evaluation should appear in the agent's or leader's inbox?
