From the AWS resource "The problem was that we needed to add a reference to the s3 bucket itself (rather than just it's file contents) to the policy.
If you get a chance - suggest to them they post json examples in their docs - would've saved us a bunch of time!"

This really sounds like the IAM resources are not setup correctly. Be sure you following this article exactly or you will get errors: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/create-iam-resources-for-aws-s3-bucket/, especially the Account ID which has to be 765628985471
Also, make sure the ARN is copied in full.

I'm trying to set this up for my organisation. We have the S3 bucket defined and the related ARN / bucket name / IAM set up in Amazon. We have the Genesys account ID from the Genesys Resource Center.
On setting up the integration however on Genesys Cloud (at Integrations>Integrations>Add Integration> Add AWS S3 Bulk Actions Integration), inserting the bucket name and ARN and then saving and activity the Integration, we get the error message:
"Integration Failed Validation: Validation Failed with Exception" next to the status of the Integration.
Does anyone know what this is or if any other aspect of Genesys Cloud needs to be configured?
