Is there a way via permissions or other ways to block email attachments, either system-wide or on an agent-to-agent basis?  Thanks

Hi Martin,

There are no permissions with regards to email attachments at this time.  There is an idea that matches your requirements: Additional permissions for agents handling email interactions - I would recommend voting on the idea and adding your use case.

In the meantime, maybe other members of the community have some ideas on who this can be achieved
