    Does anyone have any suggestions on getting a bot to handle UK post codes? It's very poor at identifying and converting characters consistently, we've tried in multiple ways to do this. 

    I've got a bot where we ask customers for the last 3 characters of their post code. In the UK, this will always be one numerical character, followed by two letters e.g. 1AB. I have a slot, where I am using a regular expression of [0-9][a-zA-Z]{2} 

    However, it still picks up numbers as words rather than digits more often than not:

    I tested this around September last year and it performed better than this then. Not perfect, but definitely better.

    Could anyone at Genesys provide me with some help please?
