    Hello, I would like to build a trigger that starts a workflow when an agent schedules a callback from a running inbound call. Can anyone tell me which Topic, JSON Paths, Operators and Values I need to use for such a trigger?

    You may be able to use user.end looking at its schema there is a callbackScheduleTime key.

    Hook up a test flow to a trigger with that and look at info in the json via replay tool.
