Is it possible to obtain a bulk export of all inbound or outbound calls made to/from a Purecloud organisation across all of the SIP trunks and number ranges?
I've been asked to report on how many times each of our inbound numbers have been called, including calls made to IVR and non-IVR (direct indial) numbers, as we need to verify a third party report of the inbound calls that they have made.
Ideally the report would have date and time call was made, along with the caller ID (if it had any) and which of the DID lines it hit on Purecloud.
Anyone know if this can be done? It sounds like a fairly simple thing to obtain and surely the details are there somewhere, bu the pre-canned reports are no use and the API returns 50 or so calls at a time, which is no good when your system takes 2,500 calls per day and you want 3 month's worth fo data.
