Are you an admin in your organization? The Genesys Experience Design (GXD) Research team invites you to participate in a one-on-one, 60-minute, remote interview on managing access controls and permissions for the contact center.
If you want to participate, please take this survey. If you are eligible, a researcher will reach out to schedule the interview. You can also share this survey with other individuals within your organization.
Interview participants will receive 5,000 GCAP points for their time. To receive GCAP points, participant must work for a Genesys customer company and sign up for GCAP.
