At one point there was a blue print for do this where upon connection an action created a conference call to a flow and looked up the agent and prompt, played the prompted then disconnected the conference. not a nice way or easy way to do this. I'm trying to located it, but without success.
It is under PdM review and could become part of the platform at some point, but there is no date yet. Vote or subscribe to the idea for updates.
