Procurei por diversas APIs inclusive /api/v2/conversations/{conversationId}, /api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query e /api/v2/conversations/callbacks/{conversationId} Em nenhuma dessas APIs eu localizei o CallbackScheduledTime. Estou com muita dificuldade para bater os números consolidados da Plataforma por Filas com a entrada de CallBack.
Qual API contempla o CallbackScheduledTime com a Fila a qual foi solicitada e como consigo saber se realmente foi atendido ou não?
