    Recently had Hospital dining services converted to Genesys incoming calls coming from different system that order meals do not display room number is there a way to create a database to tag incoming calls with a caller ID showing the room number

    Best would be to have a table containing this information and then do a data table lookup on the ANI to get the room number and display it to the agent in a script.  

    Alternatively, you can create external contacts for each DID with the room number name and have it show when it alerts the user.
