Hello Guys
I have request to implement below rules to Outbound Campaign using Predictive
This is rules applies only to non-person statuses (e.g., no answer, busy, etc.).
- Contact have 3 Phone Number
- Maximum Call is 3 attempt per day for each number
- After 3 Day status set to uncallable
Currently, I am stuck with the call status ININ-OUTBOUND-RULE-SKIPPED, as these contacts cannot be recalled the next day unless the campaign is recycled.
Does anyone here have any suggestions or experience dealing with this?
