ININ-OUTBOUND-RULE-SKIPPED is specifically happening when a pre-call rule blocks the attempt and the campaign auto dispositions using this system disposition.
Review your pre-call rule and see what is causing this system disposition.
As for your intended behavior, how are you handling this daily attempt count on your predictive campaign?
Are you using this perhaps?

Note that this does not let you do re-attempts on multiple days and would require you to recycle the campaign the next day.

I have request to implement below rules to Outbound Campaign using Predictive
This is rules applies only to non-person statuses (e.g., no answer, busy, etc.).
- Contact have 3 Phone Number
- Maximum Call is 3 attempt per day for each number
- After 3 Day status set to uncallable
Currently, I am stuck with the call status ININ-OUTBOUND-RULE-SKIPPED, as these contacts cannot be recalled the next day unless the campaign is recycled.
Does anyone here have any suggestions or experience dealing with this?
