  • 1.  Cannot Turn On Outbound Campaign

    No replies, thread closed.
    When adding contacts to a campaign in Admin > Outbound > Campaign Management > Campaigns and hit the 'On' Button I get a error saying 'No Callable Contacts'
    The agent can dial the numbers manually so I am not sure what is missing

    Could be many things.  First remove any filters and DNC that are on the campaign to see if that is the problem.  Then check the dialable times under the Dialer settings to see if they are outside of the times you expect.  Finally, turn off automatic time zone matching and see if that is interferring.
