  • 1.  Change a name title of column in report, is it possible ?

    Hi,

    We want to know if it is possible to change the name title of a column report "Queue Metrics Summary report''

    When we uses French language to run that report, the meaning of some column title are not correct, so hope if we can change them and put whaterver name we want

    No, you cannot modify the column titles in the reports.
