Hey, Robert!
I don't know if whatever caused it is still happening, but I've added the Genesys domain to my whitelist, so I get the emails. I didn't open a ticket, but did let the senders know (and it was them who said that they had received other reports.)
I just wanted to give everyone else a heads-up. I suspect it has something to do with Office365 and the Spam filter configuration, so it may be isolated to certain customers....

Paul,
Is this still happening? Did you open a ticket? I have not seen or heard of this.

Subject: Check your SPAM filters!
Hi,
Just a quick heads-up. Not sure if this is a Genesys issue, or a Micro$oft one, but on Friday I had two emails from Genesys employees (both of which were replies to emails I had sent them) marked as SPAM. No other "false-positive" SPAM in my filter. I have heard reports that I am not the only one this has happened to.
So, I don't know if Geneys have done something that makes their outbound emails look suspicious (signatures, or maybe DKIM setup has got screwed up), or if M$ have made some changes that make Genesys emails attractive, but I figured I would warn everyone!
