    Does anyone have any success at using a Cisco ATA to convert a VoIP connection to analaog.  I have used these on other VoIP platforms (Broadsoft) to connect to a Valcom analog intercom device.

    Hi Michael,

    I have not specifically used a Cisco ATA, but have used an Audiocodes MP118. The concept would be the same. This would only work with physical edge devices though. You just need to configure your trunk, dial plan, and outbound routes correctly.

    Hi Michael
    I have used the Cisco SPA 122 ATA's before.
    Worked satisfactorily for voice.
    If you are ever looking at setting these up for faxes I have had varying success.

    Can you share any info on how to configure the Cisco gateway to be used with Genesys Cloud ? I have several sites that need an analog connection for overhead paging . We are new to Genesys , coming from a Nortel environment so the learning curve is steep . 
    Appreciate any guidance that you can offer .
