  • 1.  Clarification on Contact List API Upload Behavior for Partial Record Failures

    Dear Team,

    We would like to understand the behavior of the contact list upload process. If 1,000 contacts are uploaded through the API and 200 contacts contain formatting or validation errors, will the remaining 800 valid contacts be imported successfully, or will the entire batch fail? Please clarify the expected behavior.

    Hello Muhammed, I believe that it will import the 800 valid contacts, but I am going to move this to the Genesys Cloud Developer Community so the experts there can confirm the expected behavior when using the API to import contacts
