    No replies, thread closed.

    We want to enable co-browse so agent can view customer page (messenger).  However, is there a way to turn off "request Control" so agent can't even offer that?  its a securtiy concern for us.

    found answer to own question, but it is on the deployment, not role based.  (in case anyone else has same question)
