    Hello, I cannot find in the documentation any information regarding the level of security for a co-browsing session. The only mention I saw was Industry standard encryption for both data at rest and data in transit.

    What is the actual level of encryption used for the data being transmitted and what protocal is used?

    We're looking at the Co-browse for web messaging solution.

    Hi Charles, Co-browse sessions with Web Messaging occur over secure websockets (WSS).
