I am new to asking questions here so hopefully, I am asking in the correct forum.
Can you confirm if these historical logs are available via API;s, and if so what Category and API would provide the information requested? Thanks.
• Agent login/out log • Agent queue / campaign membership log. • Agent status change log, including who initiated the status change • Campaign on and off log

- Agent login/out log - best fit is likely the user presence query looking for offline
- Agent queue / campaign membership log. - directory user create audit log
- Agent status change log, including who initiated the status change - user presence query, but can't tell who initiated
- Campaign on and off log - you don't log on/off campaigns in Genesys Cloud. Maybe queue membership audit events are what you're looking for
