Does it look the same in the expanded view? At the top right of the interaction panel you can just about see the expand button and can see its not fully expanded as you can see the Agent Overview and Todays Schedule etc.
It might also be a good question to ask in the Genesys Cloud - UI New Features Community as the experts there may be better placed to explain if the co-pilot and agent assist knowledge views can be made bigger

Is there anyway to solve this? When I create a knowledge article with extensive text or any use of images, it's very hard to view in the agent assist window. A "pop article out" function would be wonderful. Any workarounds? See attached. The first photo is the knowledge article in preview and the second is how the article shows in CoPilot / Agent Assist.
