    Hello, 

    Last week Genesys released an update with the following description:

    View daily agent login and logout activity for multiple agents

    Supervisors can now access login and logout information for multiple agents for up to 30 days when they select View as Group in the agent status detail export function. This feature requires no restriction by user or required user to access.

    Does anyone know what changed specifically? We are not seeing any changes in any of the status menus when selecting multiple agents.

    @Aaron Buckley - this feature enables the inclusion of login and logout data as part of the export output, for multiple agents from the agent status detail view (example below).

    To get this export, select the users from the agent status view, select the time range (max upto 30 days for this data to be included in the export) and export with "Split filters" option. Please note that there is no change to the UI, as a result of this feature.

    Hi Nikhil,

    I thought we already had the ability to run this report, though I will admit I do not run it very often and could be mistaken. I was able to recreate the report myself following your instructions though. Thank you for your help.
