We are incorporating a use case to handle PII data in the VCM system, which is shared by Genesys. Considering this, we looked into the Genesys developer guide and discovered that Genesys utilizes AWS AES SDK for its built-in encryption and decryption functionality. Nevertheless, our intention is to create our own decryption capability within the VCM system. This approach ensures that the VCM decryption class is invoked whenever decryption is required for a VCM audit. Are you able to offer any information pertaining to the development of decryption logic in VCM?

This question would be better suited for our developer forums, to get developer level expertise. I don't know anything specific about the AWS AES SDK and cannot find documentation about supporting it, so the developer forums would be the next best place for this question.
