  • 1.  Data table bulk import upload issue of Spanish TTS

    Hi,

            I am facing an issue while uploading bulk of  Spanish TTS prompts to data table through a CSV file. I am getting a error message as below,

             "File contains non-UTF8 encoded characters and some rows could not be imported."
      I see these characters " ~ ", " ` " in the spanish TTS.

    Could you please provide some resolution for the above issue.

    I had the same issue with Chinese a while back.  I just assumed that the bulk uploaded wanted English (UTF8) names at the time.  I would open a ticket on this.   I see no ideas about this, so probably a new feature to ask for or a bug.  Either way, Customer Care should know about it.  I could not find what PM would be in charge of this, so best to open a ticket and see where it lands.

    Sorry to Vignesh, but I don't actually work for Genesys.  I suggest you open the ticket with Care first and I'll look on the back end to see who might know about this.
