  • 1.  Digital Bot Event Handling / User Input in multiple languages

    Hello,

    We are trying to add additional languages for the event handling and user input of our digital bot.  We have added supported languages, and typed the messages in each of the languages under the alternate sequences, but it does not seem to be working as all replies only come in English. What must be done to get those bot settings to be able to reply in multiple languages?  I feel like we are missing something.

    Just be sure, are you setting the language in the bot when you come into it or at least in the initial flow?  Are you getting other prompts in the other languages?  I personally have not tried to put different language prompts on that section.  I'll give it a try and let you know.
