  • 1.  Digital Bot Flow- Behaviour Not Accurate

    I am using Reusable Task which is "No Input task" in User Input Settings. When No input given, it triggers "No Input Task" and First Communicate message will appear.  But sometime where I have not provided any input it should give me this message first "Do you still need help? I am here to support you" Which is first message as per the screenshot attached but it triggered this message first "If you are still there. I am here to support you" which is not correct behaviour.

    Please help me clarify.

    Hi Rawat,

    Its really hard to work out what happened in a flow without being able to see what happened on the interaction.  As such, its probably best to raise a case with Genesys Product Support with an example interactionID so they can investigate what happened as it went through the flow.

    @Rawat Radhika have you looked at the Execution History in Architect to see exactly what is happening, vis. Communication and variables and paths and such?
