  • 1.  Digital bot flow - (Menu items including custom text)

    Hey all, 

    I am looking at creating a chat bot, the bot will capture a bunch of information and create a lead into Salesforce. 

    Most of this is working as expected besides a two questions we have, 

    First is, What we want it to do is either select from them digital menu or list, otherwise enter their own custom text. (they can choose anything form the list, and it will pass or type anything from the list and it will pass) - how do we go about allowing them to enter their own customised text?

    Second: Can we remove the option to allow them to type anything for some of the questions, and only allow them to select from the list?

    sorry all, 

    in addition to the top, any suggestions on how to end a chat bot?

    in my inbound message flow, i have the exit reason as TriggeredByFlow and in my chat bot i got the exit chat bot in the correct place, but it seems to be a endless cycle.
