We're just starting to use WhatsApp digital campaigns.

But we want to send personalized messages to our clients with their name.

If we include the client's name in the campaign's contact list, can we include it in the body of the message?

In WABA, these variables can be created, but we don't know how to include them in the campaign.

Hi Juan,

I can't see a way of it pulling through from the campaign contact list, but if you have the WhatsApp number used in the contact list as an external contacts number, it should populate the customer name. 

Maybe others in the community can clarify and I will see if I can get confirmation on this.
