    Do we have something planned for  Natural Language Processing on Email Interactions on Genesys Cloud similar to Contact Analyzer/Training server.  Or is the direction is to use Amazon Comprehend.

    Genesys has an aggressive plan for Generative AI for Email responses where it will read the Email, look through your Knowledge, then craft a response which the agent can read/correct before sending.  I expect that sometime mid 2024.
