Genesys Cloud - Main

We are new to Genesys, and have noticed that some people are "Deleted", but were not moved there by us. The one common factor is that these users have never logged in. Does Genesys automatically delete people if they have not logged in within a certain amount of time?

Are your users provisioned through SCIM/AD?

We are using SSO, but we are building the users directly in Genesys. These users are still active employees, but have never logged into their Genesys accounts. We recently noticed that these users were Deleted in genesys, but not through our normal, manual process of employee deletion. That's why we were curious if Genesys automatically deleted users if they did not login after a certain amount of time.
