We are trying to configure Email messaging in our new implementation on Genesys cloud CX2, and we need to share the Email integration prerequisites to client. in anyone had done this and have the pre-requisite data please share the same

I configured the email setup once. 

You will need to clarify a few questions with your client before choosing the correct setup.
From https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-acd-emails/, under the Provision Domain section, you may first need to figure out which options your client preferred, then you only start work with your client about the setup.
