Emailing conversation ID after call to certain number(s)

    Hi All,

    I hope you can answer my question. 

    Is there a way to  have email (with conversation link in email body) sent to admin after call arrived to certain number (IVR hotline)?

    Hi

    You should be able to achieve this using combination of Process Automation Triggers and Agentless Email
