    A good place to start might be the Creator Adventure series on Genesys Beyond. You can get some guidance on the forecasting tools specifically in Episode 3: Forecasting Flares, though we recommend taking a look at the entire 8-episode series for a good intro to the entire WEM solution.

    The only thing I would add to what @Marcela Areiza said is that next Wednesday the WEM Community is hosting an Ask Me Anything (AMA) event from 10am - 2pm EST and they are hoping people ask questions exactly like this.     Hi Jan,

    You can download a sample of the .csv file needed for uploading data by:
    1. Click Admin.
    2. Under Workforce Management, click Historical Data Import.
    3. Next to File to Upload, click (example). The sample .csv file downloads to your computer's Downloads folder.

    To upload you can follow the steps from https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/navigate-the-historical-data-import-view/
    The Historical Data Import is situated under Admin > Workforce Management > Historical Data Import (you may need to check permissions if you cannot see it)

    Also as Matt has said - please feel free to ask any questions during the AMA on the 11th Aug.
