    Hello,

    Can anyone tell me what the Entity ID correlates to in the audit trail of an evaluation?  I cannot find anything specific and it appears as if the Entity ID in some areas is used internally for Genesys.

    According to this page: View workforce management details in the audit log viewer - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com), it is optional information:

    1. (Optional) In the Entity ID box, enter any identification metrics by which to narrow the search.
