I have a small feature request.
When we assign a skill to an analyst/agent, we can set the skill priority (like 5-star, 4-star, etc.). But later, there is no simple way to see those skill priorities unless we use APIs.
It would be great if Genesys could add this in a future update. For example, adding a Skill Priority column in Workforce Management → Agents (or anywhere similar) so we can easily view an agent's skill priorities from the UI.
This would save time and remove the need to use APIs just to check skill priorities.
Does anyone else have the same requirement?
