  • 1.  Feature Request: Display Agent Skill Priority Without Using APIs

    Hi Team,

    I have a small feature request.

    When we assign a skill to an analyst/agent, we can set the skill priority (like 5-star, 4-star, etc.). But later, there is no simple way to see those skill priorities unless we use APIs.

    It would be great if Genesys could add this in a future update. For example, adding a Skill Priority column in Workforce Management → Agents (or anywhere similar) so we can easily view an agent's skill priorities from the UI.

    This would save time and remove the need to use APIs just to check skill priorities.

    Does anyone else have the same requirement?

    Hi Atul,

    i do not understand your case. It seems to be WEM related. But: There is a interface for checking the skills of an agent. Maybe you do not have the correct permissions to see this view.

    Hi Chris, Thanks for the reply. I do have admin access.

    In the screenshot above, you highlighted the star ratings. I want to download a report that shows which analysts have a 1-star rating and which have 4- or 5-star ratings. My goal is to review their skill priorities.

    You're right that we can check each analyst individually, but we have around 400 analysts, so doing that manually would take a lot of time. That's why I'm looking for a way to export the report.

    It looks like you may need to work with your Genesys account management team (TAM or contact Support) to gain access to the Genesys Product Ideas Lab.
