    Hello Everyone,

    I have a survey IVR (Feedback IVR) to collect the caller feedback after the agent hang up the call. However, the agent transfers the call manually to the survey IVR!.

    I would like to have this automatically. My question is that, is there an API events to transfer the call to the Feedback IVR?

    In general, I am looking to a way to handle this Feedback IVR automatically when the agent hang up the call?

    Hi,

    The feature to support this is planned and development is due to start in the new year.

    You will be able to add an optional item to the conversation that when populated with a flow name, causes the Edge to transfer to that flow rather than disconnect the call.

    This could could be used to transfer to internal or 3rd party post call surveys or trigger bridge actions / tasks.
