  • 1.  GC architecture in AWS

    Hi all,

    One of our customer ask us about GC architecture in AWS, does anybody have matrix which AWS components are shared/separeted in AWS zone (AWS Frakfurt). As i know GC org has one personal VPC, but shared components for another GC organization in the same zone will be for a example API Gateway, S3, dynamoDB.

    I tried to find that on knowledge base and on Seismic but without any results,

    Genesys has their own little playground carved out of AWS with their own services like Elasticsearch that is not shared with other AWS users.  Each ORG has their own S3 bucket and data stores.  Some is explained here:  Microservices architecture - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com) and Elasticsearch - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)
