  • 1.  Genesys Agent Assist performance dashboard

    One of the New Features released Wednesday Dec 20th (see below).  I do not seem to have access to this dashboard.  I have enabled all the features per documentation but the view is not showing up.  Has this been released or has there been a delay in its release?  Thanks.

    We found it in an EMEA org, but not in our us orgs yet.  Should be tonight or tomorrow.

    Thanks, Robert.  I just logged into our Canadian Org and it is there. So,l hopefully it will be in the US East shortly.
