    Hello! Does anyone have more info on this announcement ? I could not find it on the roadmap. It looks great, but I will have to recreate the adobe simulations we use for training, so I am trying to get an idea as to when.

    Greetings Andrea! Is this announcement what you're referring to? If so, if you have a TAM resource from your CSM team, perhaps they can try to get little more inside info for you on the timing & details. Unless of course someone from the Genesys team can chime in here.

    Hello Andrea,

    Unfortunately I don't have anything to share externally. I did some digging internally and it looks like our PM team is working on this new accessibility experience. It looks like it may roll out near the end of Q1 but I didn't see any firm date commitments. These types of releases can push later (or earlier!) depending on how much change is involved.

    If you haven't already, I would highly recommend subscribing to the Genesys Cloud Release Notes so that you can be informed of all of the upcoming new features that we are releasing. You could also join the Beta HQ Community, as well as the UI Community to see some of the upcoming changes.
