Genesys Cloud - Main

Hello Community ,

I am new practitioner of Genesys pure cloud . I was going through the expression which we are using in our Architect call flow .
I need yours suggestion As a beginner how can we understand all the expression . Is I need to read Phython or java coding .or is there is any other way.

Have you looked at the information the Genesys Cloud Resource Center regarding expressions?

There are quite a few useful pages, but I guess it depends how detailed you are getting with the expressions.

Expressions in Genesys is more like Basic than Python or Java.

The Editor is really good at letting you know your mistakes and what values are converted to different types.  The Expression Help is the best to get to know what each function does.
