    Hi, 

    Genesys is growing like crazy and hit over $2B in FY22 according to the article. I am having trouble finding the revenue figures for the previous years. The intent is to show to our client how much demand there is for this product YoY and Google is just all over the place on it.

    The problem is that Genesys' now core product (Genesys Cloud) was originally a product (PureCloud) of Interactive Intelligence which Genesys purchased in 2016 (for $1.4B I believe). So, if you are looking to trach the growth / stability of the platform, it will get complicated...

    I know what you mean! I figured just stick to Genesys , so probably it would be a 500MM , 800MM, 2B... or something like this. There are a few numbers out of there, but I do not want to mislead the client nor to let the Genesys look less than it is. I figure it is 800MM 5 years ago, about 1B 4 years ago, then 3 years 1.2B 2 years ago, 1.5B a year ago and now 1,9B.  I hope I am not that much off.

    Genesys is not a publicly traded company so highly unlikely we would share that information. So, you are best to look at press releases at https://www.genesys.com/company/newsroom or rely on consulting/research firms that give some information as to market share/growth (e.g., https://www.genesys.com/resources/gartner-magic-quadrant-for-contact-center-as-a-service).
