    Dear Community,

    We have web messenger integrated with Dialogflow ES for FAQ purpose. We have integrated the messenger with location API to find the location based on zipcode input from customer, once we get the location details from inhouse API(we are getting full address of location), we want to display as location map in web messenger. Is there any way to achieve this in Genesys web messenger through architect flow? Please advise

    I personally have not tried this API, but it seems to be able to display a graphic of a map through a simple API call. Perhaps, this result could be used inside the messaging flow.
