Genesys Cloud - UI New Features

When trying to toggle the Out of Office Status, the hover over text for Agent Workspace covers the toggle button. (see screenshot below) 

We have to continue to play around with it to get to the toggle button which is frustrating.

What resolution do you run on the display? I don't get that view until I shrink my client window down a bit, so I don't run into that problem...but I have large monitors with high resolution.

Or, is that on a laptop? That might shrink it down as well...

I replied yesterday but do not see it made it here in the thread. I have 24" wide monitors and Genesys is fully maximized. When I shrink it, I get the same results. Users shouldn't have to adjust the size of the window to access the toggle, would you agree? Time consuming.

When I adjust my display to 150% scale as in your screenshot (or even 125%) I then run into the same problem.

I agree that should not happen.

Folks brought it up in the big https://community.genesys.com/discussion/known-issues-of-the-new-navigation-experience thread a few days ago...I don't know if it has the attention of Development. You may want to open a Support ticket to get it officially documented now that the functionality is released and the Beta is over
